My career began in the world of high-stakes consulting, where I learned a valuable truth: the best strategies are built not on intuition, but on irrefutable data. My consulting background allowed me to help global companies to de-risk big decisions—from mergers to market entries—by replacing guesswork with evidence... Data.

Later, I stepped into the luxury hospitality space, brokering influencer partnerships for high-end hotels. It was there, amid closed-door negotiations and trend forecasting, that I saw the same pattern emerge: industries thriving on creativity were being held back by a lack of predictability and innovation.

That’s when I found my calling—not in advising from the sidelines, but in building from the ground up. With StrainLogic, I’m merging my experience in data-driven strategy and high-value partnerships to solve one of agriculture’s oldest problems: uncertainty in cultivation.

My career has been rooted at the ground level of the global genetics market. For over five years, I worked as Retail Manager at Seeds of Love Helsinki, Finland’s largest cannabis seed store, where I engaged daily with cultivators, collectors, and industry professionals navigating real-world genetic challenges and opportunities.

Working hands-on with seeds and genetics every day gave me a deep, practical understanding of how strains perform—not just on paper, but in reality.
From troubleshooting grow issues with customers to advising on genetic selection, I developed a sharp sense for what succeeds in the market, what fails, and why.

Beyond the shop floor, I’ve remained closely connected to the wider European genetics ecosystem. I regularly attend industry events across Europe, collaborating with breeders, researchers, and seed companies pushing the boundaries of strain development.

As an avid genetics collector myself, I’ve developed a strong intuition for emerging trends—while also recognizing when hype doesn’t align with real genetic value.

That combination of hands-on experience and market awareness defines my role at StrainLogic. As Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer, I focus on translating real breeder and cultivator needs into practical, data-driven product decisions. I work at the intersection of genetics, technology, and partnerships—ensuring our platform reflects how breeding actually happens, while unlocking new possibilities through AI and predictive modeling.
